Ensuring that our customers and team members are safe and informed is our top priority. As an essential service for Atlantic Canada, we are also maintaining our efforts to keep you secure and connected during this challenging time.
Our safety protocols continue to be guided on public health best practices in conjunction with guidance from our ADT by TELUS Medical Advisory Council (MAC) to keep our team members and our customer’s safe while in the field. We know that masks, combined with other COVID-19 safety measures, such as washing your hands and physical distancing, are effective in preventing the spread of the virus. ADT by TELUS team members are required to wear a mask whenever they enter an ADT by TELUS work location, and at all times when working within a customer's premises.
To further protect our team members and our customers, effective immediately, we will be asking all customers to wear a mask during their appointment if they are in the same room as our technicians or to allow our technicians to work in isolation if the customer is unwilling or unable to wear a mask.
asap also offers the option of DIY installations and Technician Assisted installations, where our Technicians program your custom-designed system in advance and ship to you for installation at a pre-determined time.
